Common questions
• How does memory work? KnowMe summarizes your conversations into topic memory you can read, edit, or delete from the Memory tab. • Where are my conversations stored? Raw chats live on your device. Only topic-level summaries sync to your private account. • How do I delete my account? Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, memory, and conversations. • How do I manage my subscription? Profile → billing portal (Stripe).
Privacy & data
Your data is yours — never sold, never used to train models. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how to export or delete everything.
Account deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data anytime from Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. If you signed in with Apple, you can also revoke access at iOS Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple → KnowMe.
