Who can use KnowMe
KnowMe is available to anyone 13 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the email address you sign in with.
Your data
You own your data. We don't claim any rights over your conversations, profile, or memories. Your data lives in your account and nowhere else. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel anytime from your Profile page — your access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are given for partial months.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Harass, threaten, or harm others • Attempt to access another user's data • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the service • Use KnowMe with automated scripts or bots • Resell or commercialize access to KnowMe without permission
AI limitations
KnowMe uses large language models to power conversations and memory. Like all AI, it can make mistakes. Do not rely on KnowMe for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Always use your own judgment.
Service availability
We do our best to keep KnowMe running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
If we make material changes, we'll notify you before they take effect.
